RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, NHDC Tees does not currently offer refunds and operates under an Exchange Only policy.

We will gladly exchange an item. All exchanges must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Simply contact us at nhdctees@gmail.com within 7 days of the order's delivery date.

The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of NHDC Tees.

Customers wishing to exchange must select new item(s) from the current availability and return original item(s) within 21 days of receipt. Exchanges received after this date will be returned to sender.

Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable and customers are responsible for all shipping charges. After receiving the merchandise, we require up to 5 business days to process the exchange.

NHDC Tees does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to us.
